Wellness Challenge – Fall 2011

As the warm summer weather dies down, we all have a tendency to settle into a less active lifestyle. To avoid the autumn blues, and increase your energy levels, our 4th bi-annual Fransen Wellness Challenge is slated to begin October 31st. It will focus on six weeks of mental well-being, including tips on energizing and de-stressing. The goal of the wellness challenge is to turn simple lifestyle changes into lifelong, healthy habits by increasing your activity level, adhering to a healthier diet, managing stress, and making improved lifestyle choices.

 

There will be lunch and learn sessions, fitness assessments, and incentive awards for participants.
