Kevin Savage, P.Eng.

Director of Engineering

Education:

  • Bachelor of Applied Science, in Electrical Engineering, University of British Columbia, 1988

 

Specialization:

Kevin has over 20 years of experience in electrical engineering, project management, detail design, project implementation, and construction supervision. He manages a team of over 30 engineers and designers providing quality consulting services in industrial plants. He has specialized in power systems, drives, motors, protection and controls. He has worked in a range of industries including oil sands, pipelines, refineries, terminals, pulp and paper, hydro electric and thermal generation facilities. His electrical experience includes engineering overhead and underground distribution, substations, protection high and medium voltage switchgear motor control centers and PLC control systems. Kevin ‘s project management experience includes scope definition, design basis memorandums, estimates, technical reviews and schedules. 

 

Kevin is registered as a Professional Engineer with

Baldev (Dave) S. Gill, P.Eng.

Manager, Process

 

Education:

  • B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, University of Calgary, Calgary, AB, 1988
  • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Mapua Institure of Technology, Manila, Philippines, 1982
     

Mr. Gill has over 20 years of experience in process design, equipment sizing, process / project development, troubleshooting and optimization, unit start-ups, on-site project assistance and development and project engineering for Petrochemical complexes, petroleum refineries, gas plants, watstewater treatment plants and other industrial facilities. He has a proficient background in Process, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Piping and Project Controls with a strong understanding of the interfaces withal disciplines, clients, government agencies and vendors.

 

Ernie Bennett, P.Eng. , P.E.

Manager, Electrical Engineering

 

Education:

  • Bachelor of Applied Science, in Electrical Engineering, University of British Columbia, 1978


Specialization:
Ernie has over 30 years of experience in electrical engineering, project management, detail design, project implementation, and construction supervision in a wide variety of industrial environments. He has worked on projects within the fields of oil sands, pipelines, fuel distribution facilities, coal handling, cogeneration, metal and mineral processing and pulp and paper facilities. His career has included experiences within a public utility as a project engineer at a major pulp mill and for the last 20 plus years in the consulting field. Ernie’s project management experience includes scope definition, design basis memorandums, estimates, technical reviews and schedules.


Ernie has participated in projects located throughout North America, the Middle East and Hong Kong. He is licensed to practice in British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and the State of Washington.
