Medical Services Plan 100% paid by Fransen for either single or family
Dental Care, Vision Care, Life & Accidental Insurance Coverage Available to all Fransen employees
Retirement Savings Plan Employees are eligible for a 3.5% employer contribution after 1 year of service
EFAP (Employee & Family Assistance Program) Fransen has contracted with INTERLOCK, an external provider, to provide EFAP services for our employees and their family. The EFAP program is 100% paid by Fransen, and provides Masters level counselors on call to assist you 24 hours a day, 365 days per year
Out of Country Emergency Care The plan covers medical expenses incurred as a result of a medical emergency arising while you or your dependent is outside Canada for vacation, business or education purposes
Education and Training Assistance Fransen supports full time regular employees in constantly improving their skills and knowledge and keeping up to date with the latest technology and information
Paid sick leave days Full time employees are entitled to 48 paid sick leave hours per calendar year
Vacation A full time regular employee receives three (3) weeks annually, and four (4) weeks after 5 years of continuous employment
