| EFAP (Employee & Family Assistance Program) | Fransen has contracted with INTERLOCK, an external provider, to provide EFAP services for our employees and their family. The EFAP program is 100% paid by Fransen, and provides Masters level counselors on call to assist you 24 hours a day, 365 days per year |
