Specialization:

Raymond Tong has 19 years of solid consulting experience in the Pulp & Paper, Power Generation and Oil & Gas sectors. His responsibilities have included front-end engineering, conceptual and detailed designs, cost estimating, scheduling, construction support and project management.

Mr. Tong has a very strong academic background with two Bachelor degrees in Civil and Mechanical Engineering and a Masters degree in Structural Engineering specializing in seismic analysis. He is licensed to practice as a Professional Engineer in British Columbia, Alberta and Washington State.
